Is combatives still worth promotion points?

I was pretty sure that the only Combative level worth points was level III... I could be wrong though...

Basic Combatives Course (BCC), previously known as level 1, is no longer worth points. Tactical Combatives Course (TCC), previously known as level 2, is worth 8 points since it is a two week residential course (each week of a residential course on the "yes" list is worth 4 points per week). Master Combatives Trainer (MCT) has combined what was previously known as level 3 and 4, and is one month long. Meaning it should be worth 16 points.
