It currently cover Vietnam veterans and Agent Orange, but we are fighting to Gulf war and open burn pit Veterans. But as I said as before we are going to have to battle for the inclusion of the Gulf war and open burn pit Veterans. Because the department of the Army is currently refusing to recognize both groups. Therefore the Congress is only recognizing Vietnam veterans. But that means that the VA is not legally able to pay disability pay for the to outstanding groups. However the department of Army has approved medical care for both groups. So if you are among the Gulf war veterans or burn pit Veterans you have to register at your local VA office. And if you want to help push the amendments to add Gulf war and open burn pit Veterans to HR 969 you can write your Congressman. And remember to E-mail your Senators on the American Heroes COLA Act and the three amendments that we are pushing.
