SPC Private RallyPoint Member 227994 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I'm up for reenlistment and the only locations coming up are Landstuhl Germany and Europe Regional Med Cmd, Germany. Are they the same place? And if not then what's the difference in the two? I am a 68M-nutrition care specialist. Is Europe Regional Med Cmd the same place as Landstuhl? 2014-09-04T18:20:16-04:00 SPC Private RallyPoint Member 227994 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I'm up for reenlistment and the only locations coming up are Landstuhl Germany and Europe Regional Med Cmd, Germany. Click on the unit button on the left side of the menu when the page opens. Hope this helps.<br /><br /><a target="_blank" href="http://www.eur.army.mil/organization/ERMC.htm">http://www.eur.army.mil/organization/ERMC.htm</a> <div class="pta-link-card answers-template-image type-default"> <div class="pta-link-card-picture"> <img src="https://d26horl2n8pviu.cloudfront.net/link_data_pictures/images/000/002/786/qrc/NATOLogos.png?1443022534"> </div> <div class="pta-link-card-content"> <p class="pta-link-card-title"> <a target="blank" href="http://www.eur.army.mil/organization/ERMC.htm">U.S. Army in Europe</a> </p> <p class="pta-link-card-description">A World Class system of health – the extraordinary is ordinary and the exceptional is routine in serving the physical, mental, social, and spiritual well-being of our patients and of our staff.</p> </div> <div class="clearfix"></div> </div> Response by Col Private RallyPoint Member made Sep 4 at 2014 6:22 PM 2014-09-04T18:22:25-04:00 2014-09-04T18:22:25-04:00 SPC Private RallyPoint Member 228054 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Thanks! It looks as though its connected but not separate from Landstuhl. It was explained to me Sir that Sembach was a different location but when you click on the unit link and then the unit itself below, Sembach is not one of the cities listed. So, it would seem as though maybe its the same. What do you think, Sir? However, they are located on different base, ERMC is in Sembach and LRMC on Landstuhl. They are 10-15 away from each other. As SGT Masaniai stated, Landstuhl falls under ERMC. Major difference ERMC is the unit in which all Army Medicine in Europe units fall under, similar to a division element. Although you are trying to reenlist and and based on your MOS, you more than likely will not be stationed at ERMC itself but moved to a subordinate unit like Landstuhl. If you have any other questions let me know, good luck on your reenlistment.
