Is ISIS "Weaponizing" Immigration?

I was listening to my daily news and a point was brought up about how ISIS wanted a refugee crisis. I started to think about it. Then I realized they Weaponized immigration. What I mean by this is that their strategy is reaching much further than their controlled area. By pushing out so many people they are forcing other countries to step in and act. Jordan has erected tent metropolis' for them. They are financially draining the region. Just think of all the resources it takes. Now just look at these other countries were immigrants are fleeing in hopes of arriving in Europe. Some of them are going to Greece were they are already financially unstable. Now they are going to other countries in Europe and are drawing on their government for assistance. The more money any government spends on these immigrants they will only add to the instability of their own economy. The less stable a country is the less likely they will be willing to fight in the War on Terror, primarily ISIS. This is effective strategy. I didn't see it coming. There are no end of of immigrants that want to flee to Europe from any of the war torn countries.

This is a new tactic? What are the other implications? How would so many immigrants affect the make up of their new communities and country as a whole?

Insane minds think alike. I was thinking the exact same thing. 4+ million since 2011. That costs a buttload of $$! No wonder the Arab countries aren't taking them in. Let the infidels foot the bill. Flood them with Muslims. "If we can't get them out, we'll breed them out." ......Braveheart

Since 2011, more than 4 million Syrian refugees have left (Reuters). Riots are breaking out throughout Europe. Some people are calling this crisis an invasion and 'economic terrorism' and some are bending over backwards for this humanitarian crisis. The Pope is urging all churches in Europe to take in/sponsor a refugee family and many churches are filled to overflowing. As temperatures rise, so does the desperation. Riots are breaking out...

I would imagine ISIS would use any available means to cause chaos and confusion in their endeavors for world domination.

This will reshape the political landscape in Europe and will reshape the threats as well.

Money is a weapon system, the lack thereof equates to an ineffective weapon. In this case, people are a weapons system as it takes a toll on the resources of a country, an unforeseen constraint on an already challenged European Union economy and the cultural shift likely to come. The thing to watch is whether these migrants will assimilate or conclave themselves as a subsection of society.

The unspoken challenge is to find the imbedded terrorist (lone wolf/wolfpack?) with these groups as they are within the populations coming into Europe and next to hit the ever open arms of the Great United States of America....you are a fool if you do not think they are not using people as a weapon system.

With my tin-foil hat firmly affixed, here's something that struck me the other night ...

Let's say there's something to the "conspiracy theories", and some "shadow government" is at work behind the scenes. Some puffed up corporal get's miffed and starts a conflict you didn't envision or plan, the end result of which is the "backward cousin" and the "crazy uncle" coming out as the world's nuclear superpowers. It takes you half a century of manipulation, but somehow, you keep them from blowing each other, and the rest of humanity off the map...sacrificing a few key people along the way.

You get one bogged down in Asia, the other Afghanistan...destroying the pro-defense, nationalistic attitude of the coming generation, then allow the old nemesis of the "Caliphate" to re-emerge plunging a "kinder, gentler" species of both into a confusing quagmire leading to unprecedented unrest...rekindling of old feuds...new threats to stability.

Into this mix you through your "ringer" and let the mix simmer on low heat for a while.

A few years later, you've got people seeing terrorists in their back yards, militants sneaking up to their back gate...and then you pull the coup de grace, installing the polar opposite "ringer" and the pot boils over...

...eventually, you've got to send in "peacekeepers" to bring things under control, leaving one remaining "lone wolf" out there. He threatens big things...you refuse to pay your gas bill, and he backs down.

That's how you create a "one world" system...Just a thought.

I suspect that they are.
I would further wager that not everyone in the refugee pool is an innocent fleeing conflict. I have noted a lot of military-aged males in the television reports.

I think the best method is to contain Displaced Civilians (DCs) as close to the conflict area as is feasible and sustainable. The minute that those DCs get a taste of Europe, they will not go home, leaving the ashes of what Syria becomes in the hands of combatants.

I think you will find this is a classic strategy.
Take everything of value from the undesirables and drive them into your opponents country.

If you need examples look no further than our borders and visa policies. This is NOT a slant towards legal immigrants, but look how large the immigrant population has grown over the last 30 years here in the US. This is much bigger than the Latino community (even though they bear the brunt of the accusations), but look at the other nationalities that come here and suddenly don't leave. The whole United States has turned into "Come here on vacation, don't leave at all...we won't find you". I'm for immigration in all of it's legal glory. We are a country founded on immigration; hence every one of us are immigrants like it or not. But it's a travesty when our very laws and openness can be used against us. and ISIS isn't stupid. They know our visa system better than most American's. They're masters of the internet; I don't think they missed their retention goals this year or last. And being that many of the ISIS leaders are actually very well educated, I'm sure they know our laws or European laws and can bend them to their advantage when nessicary. Very soon Europe will be in chaos not seen since WWII or before. And eventually it's going to come to our shores with European PM's asking us to take in some slack and help them out. What I want to see is the European PM's push back on the individual countries that are pushing out their own people. When they're fed up, maybe then we'll see a more concerted effort in dealing with ISIS. Everyone talks about the US driving this train; but we're not and shouldn't be. This is one moment where Europeans who had no skin in the game are going to fell our pain. When they get tired and are ready to commit to actions not words, many countries in the ME will feel boatloads of butthurt brought on by PM's who are tired of the sh*t in the ME.
