While he was on the scene, he picked a fight with a young man (looked to be around 18-19) because the kid would not stop running his mouth. Most police departments would handle that with at least two officers. As for the kid, should have been arrested and hauled away for interfering with a law enforcement officer, hence again.......only one officer here?
