Is it authorized to wear OCP attachments on UCP IOTV?

I tried looking for references about the subject but all i could find is mix and matching cold weather gear. Trying to see if it is authorized to wear OCP attachments such as taps, mag pouches on UCP iotv

Up to your commander. Besides, if the Army hasn't given you the new pattern equipment yet, and the old pattern is all you have, then logic would dictate that's what you use.

My understanding is that until the official phase out in 2019, mixing of patterns is allowed.

Don't confuse uniforms with OCIE. The ALARACTs and AR 670-1 specifies what uniform items are worn, how to properly wear them, and when it is acceptable/required. OCIE is issued by CIF and anything issued is authorized to be used/worn, IAW Commander's guidance; the Post Commander determines what is issued from CIF, and to whom.
