This should negate the FTR. If it does not they they still push for it, that's when you show this to your 1SG and Commander.Response by MSG Private RallyPoint Member made Jul 15 at 2022 7:09 PM2022-07-15T19:09:56-04:002022-07-15T19:09:56-04:00MAJ Ronnie Reams7776893<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>The squad leader should have just reported all present or accounted for at Reveille formation and that end of it. No reason to get any other involvement. Sounds as if they had it in for this SM. It was my experience that all present was a rare occurrence.Response by MAJ Ronnie Reams made Jul 16 at 2022 10:56 AM2022-07-16T10:56:16-04:002022-07-16T10:56:16-04:00SFC Casey O'Mally7778319<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>As has been mentioned, no, this SM should not be held accountable for a FTR.<br /><br />But the question you asked is whether it was illegal or immoral to drive under the influence. And the answer to that question is a resounding, unmitigated, YES. Both illegal AND immoral.Response by SFC Casey O'Mally made Jul 17 at 2022 12:15 PM2022-07-17T12:15:10-04:002022-07-17T12:15:10-04:002022-07-15T18:55:46-04:00
