I guess it is never too late to apologize, their apology can be accepted but the damage is done and it is hard for me to trust again.

My mother use to say, "love is never having to say your sorry," Since then, I try to think before I act or react. I still screw up, not as much, but still have to say, " I'm sorry." Think first!

It's probably a little too late for the POWs who survived that, given that most of them are dead. But it's not too late for the company; better late than never.

No, if it takes you 70 years to realize or get the courage to apologize that's not the right thing; but it is not right thing eather.
