IE grading pt tests and high visibility supervisory positions just because they on profile. Not to sound petty but is this worth an ig complaint? Those types of duties are within the purview of the 1SG or Commander. There is no regulation that I am aware of that specifies otherwise. Being on profile is NOT a "protected class." If the NCO just had eye surgery or something, I can understand not letting them grade a PT test. If the NCO has been on profile for a prolonged period of time (6+ months with no signs they even care to get off) then I can understand too. <br /><br />If the NCO has a permanent profile for a legitimate injury but is consistently doing what he/she can heal, get better, etc., then there is no excuse for 'shunning' that NCO.
