Is it okay to talk trash about other branches?

At the end of the day, we all serve, and we all raised our hands and swore an oath to this country. However, I personally think there is nothing wrong with friendly rivalries as long as it is done in "good fun." Anyone have any other comments?

I was in the Airborne both stateside and in Nam. When in the rear we joked about the other branches including our own legs. When in the field, we were all equal and out for each others backs. End of story.

Absolutely not! It is never OK to demean the other services. In the Army, I learned to respect all Jarheads, Squids, Zoomies, and Puddle Pirates.
