Is it possible for me to get back in? My DD214 says I have an RE 4 code. In 2014 I was medically retired. What are my options?

No, I'm 1A and can't re enlist with a 1A and an honorable discharge at 80%. Anything above 30% is disqualified regardless of your DD214, save for MAYBE the Guard, but you would literally lose money to do more. And they are nasty AF
