Is it possible to become a Army Diver 12D being prior service? How likely is it to do?

Hello. I am currently in the process of getting out of the National Guard, and am interested in going active duty 12D. Since its such a small community there's not much info pertaining these questions. So since its such a small community I want to know if I've got a chance.

Yes they take Reclass.

Statistically, your chance is probably about 30% or less of passing the dive portion before making it to engineering.

I’m sure about prior service but I think since you’re going active duty you maybe eligible. About the course. It is high demand physical course. You got to go through Phase 1 here at Fort Leonard Wood so you can continue course at Panama City. I failed my DPFT and I got reclass.
