Is it possible to copy and paste winning resumes without the sensitive information?

In respect to veterans creating resumes for future employment, we are told what is right, but perhaps we can see what right looks like for winning resumes.

Any advice for a military recruiter who would like to move into recruiting in the civilian sector, SGT (Join to see) as far as resume goes? I am having a hard time translating how my military recruiting experience would do well in civilian recruiting.

This is a trick question... there are many formats. The federal government has one format they choose. Many recruiters disagree on the proper format. The rule of thought is keep it to two pages, concise with the information that best support why you are the right candidate for that job... But a good cover letter is key. Plus so many companies make you fill out online profiles, applications, questionnaires now. The days of just giving a HR manager you resume are coming to an end.

I wouldn't mind sending mine with all the information on it. Actually it's the same as what is on my LinkedIn profile so it's public anyway.
