If you want to re-class then as has been said, you need to retake the ASVAB and score higher. You have as much a chance getting a GT waiver as making CSM with 10 years TIS, 1SG Dennis Hicks Fri, 28 Jun 2019 22:57:18 -0400 2019-06-28T22:57:18-04:00 Response by CWO4 Roberto Obong made Jun 29 at 2019 1:21 AM https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/is-it-possible-to-get-a-gt-waiver-for-civil-affairs?n=4762338&urlhash=4762338

You need to take the test again! I did this twice, other than the initial, and each time I increased my scores. Point is when you took the first test, you were intimated, stressed and most likely very tired. My 1SG gave me this advise when I wanted to to NCO Academy back in my day. You don't have to give a specific reason which you are thinking this will help you and the Army in future career options. You need to offer a lot to get an approved GT waiver. (this is for active component). Something like a Bachelor's or higher, or some good scores on a DLPT in not Spanish.

Best bet, Take BSEP and raise your score.
