Is it possible to get my chapter process expedited due to family issues back home?

My wife has several mental disorders which are taking a huge toll on her currently and she is having to take care of her mother, who also has the same mental disorders but more sever, with little to no help and I am trying to get home as quick as possible to help both of them get into a better mental state.
