Is it possible to get retirement credit for CGSC Distance Learning?

I’ve seen some references online about the possibility of getting retirement points for CGSC Common Core. Does anyone know about this? Is it possible? How do I do it?

Yes, you fill out a 1380 I think it is called (I've been retired a while) you get so many points for the credit hours, also submit a transcript of the courses. https://www.hrc.army.mil/content/Earning%20Retirement%20Points or go to AR-140-183 table 2-3.....Hope this helps...... there are many ways to earn points other than MUTAs educate yourself, there is a maximum number of points you can earn this way.....

Let me get this straight. You want to know if you can get retirement points as credit for cgsc distance Learning. 1.st you will need a unit to support your participation in order to receive points. Secondly you will need to document all of your Time spent on the Distant Learning. This is usualy done in conjunction with your service. Then it is documented on the 1380 follow the Col Arndt directions she is on point.

Probably. (Army Directive 2010-06) In the reserves, US Army Reserve Command updates the EBDL (Electric Based Distance Learning) Policy annually. It has always included PME. Soldiers are authorized up to 12 retirement points each year for EBDL. A 1380 is submitted to your pay personnel.
For National Guard, you will have to verify your state policy on EBDL.
