Is it possible to only do full time online schooling through the VA?

Yes. The caveat is that you get a flat rate BAH as opposed to the one for the location of the school

Yes it is. But online gets a reduced flat BAH rate. I did this and recommend you try to use local instead if you can make it work. If you are only going to school it is easier but I did mine in addition to working fulltime. 100% online was the only way I could make it fit. You can still do alot of it via online options but ultimately it needs to fit your schedule

If you want the full BAH Rate, I suggest at least take 1 in class Course each semester and the rest can be online.
