You can’t just waltz into becoming a warrant officer. <br /><br />Keep in mind, if you don’t get selected, which the likelihood of you being selected street to seat is slim, you don’t get a contract. <br /><br />If you were RA, NG, or USAR, the process is still the same, however, if you don’t get selected, you remain in your current field.
