You can work through a Recruiter or just go strait to the unit that interests you and ask them to help you fill out a DA Form 4651-R which is submitted to get you assignment orders from HRC. Of course you will need to re-enlist or extend almost immediately. Best of Luck! If you are only trying to extend your time in the IRR and not transfer into the Reserves then you can contact HRC IRR team. They will extend you; if you want to transfer into the Reserves and re-enlist was hen I can help you out with that depending on your location.
