The answer is yes, it&#39;s possible, but not always easy. I would start at an Air Force recruiter to see if you make the cut of OTS, which also doesn&#39;t guarantee you flight school. So you have three hurdles, will the Air Force accept you into OTS, getting a Conditional Release from the Army Reserve so you can switch, then qualifying for Flight School.
