MAJ Ken Landgren I hope you don't go. No experience is ever perfect. Perhaps you should start a topic "cooking" and post to it. I've shared a recipe with TSgt Hunter Logan, CMSgt (Join to see) and others... It came up during a discussion and I sent it to them via private message. I've seen several posts on the difficulties of being a "Single Dad' "Single Parent" I'm sure you would have an audience that would appreciate it. Sometimes we also have to reflect on what we've said ourselves, have we spoken or acted from an emotional state? Another thing to think about is what category did you post it in?

MAJ Ken Landgren
I posted it in General Interest. I am told I should use "Post Updates" for posts like the one in question which does not make logical sense. I do feel like I am unfairly targeted. The Admin in question said he will deplete my points to determine if I can continue posting or post using "Post Updates". Sounds like callous bullshit to me. As far as I am concerned, much of the RP changes mimic the fielding of DTS, very little guidance to go by.

MAJ Ken Landgren - We're all getting used to the new rules. I had my own issues which were addressed. I did something similar but it was that I posted a link under questions. What can we do but to drive on? Did you do the tutorial? Here's a link that will help you to find answers about guidance to the new rules. I don't like to be unsure about rules either. See the link below.

Why are some subject posts being removed? | RallyPoint
I would like to know why posts are being removed that are relevant to both public discussion and military discussion. I and several others have had our posts removed without any reason being provided to us. I am not talking about having our posts merged because we didn't know someone else had posted on the same subject matter. How can I learn what was unacceptable about the post to the person who removed it if I'm not given feedback? Is it a...

So posting a recipe is a no-no, but the topics thread is covered with pictures of cats, flowers, and other things and that's okay?

CPT (Join to see) - Well, updates are more suited to share the such. The question forums are more for the interest of the community. As much as we here may think it is fine but we see countless complaints from the rest of the community about such a question when it is more of an update.

SSG Marc W. - that's nothing. I got "fined" 50K earlier this year when another Admin complained about something I was doing to help the site yet HE was doing the exact same thing (and significantly worse).

Since you asked... A: That's something only YOU can decide.
B: Perhaps talking to the admin in question or one of the others to gain a second opinion or different perspective would be another way to deal with your issue.
C: Unless I'm the Admin in question, in that case I plan on down voting you.........for being mad at me....or something.. wait.... was it me? Who are you again?...LOL
D: Seriously, PM me if its not me and I can assist. PM some other Admin if it is me.
