Is it true that 12P (Prime Power) can only be stationed at 3 locations?

If you got the brief for 12P then you saw the locations. You can go to their website and pull down the brief if you need to.

I can see 12Ps E5s stationed at 12 different locations worldwide.

The primary duty locations are Ft Belvoir, Ft Bragg and Schofield Barracks. If you're truly interested in being a 12P, don't base your decision on where they can be stationed. 12Ps have many more career opportunities after the Army than most Soldiers so that in itself makes it worthwhile.

Only initially. From the schoolhouse you will be stationed at one of those three locations. There are other posts where 12Ps can be sent, but those three are where the line companies are located.

I’m currently at the schoolhouse training to become a 12P. Most people I’ve seen graduate have gone to those three locations already mentioned (Belvior, Bragg, and Schofield) but I assure you there are around a dozen locations worldwide that you can potentially go throughout your career. Some do no become available until you promote to E-7. Hands down, it’s a great job. The 249th is a close knit, well-trained, and proud unit. I couldn’t ask for better place to be.

Are you thinking of a career change to Prime Power? If so look me up on the global and I will give you some more info. There are some of us that are stationed outside those three locations.
