There are signs are posted on the fences and the edge areas that it can be seen from, where you would stop your car - which you are also not allowed to do.<br />YES, however there are some smaller installations where that is true - you couldn&#39;t get on or near them anyway. Where sent to an Air Force base in Nebraska on a temporary basis, Is that Possible? Poor guy is totally confused, and I haven&#39;t a clue as to how things may work these days.
