They scheduled his SFAB training within 48 hours.<br /><br />If you’re unaware, just go to the HRC website and luck under “Hot topics”. SSG Jason Neumann Fri, 20 Apr 2018 08:40:30 -0400 2018-04-20T08:40:30-04:00 Response by SSG Private RallyPoint Member made May 4 at 2018 8:32 PM https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/is-it-true-that-volunteering-for-sfab-trumps-drill-or-recruiting-orders?n=3601219&urlhash=3601219 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I would highly recommend waiting until you’re an e6, with all your squad leader time, my unit had to plus up sfab one, and I as a junior e5 had to fill the ops nco role for their jrtc, it’s all battle tracking and mdmp; it’s not particularly hard but I think senior e6’s(the only 11 series the teams are even actually mtoe are 2 11b30‘s, 1 11b40, and an 03 11A) it’s be a good learning experience but it’s a self driven environment if you aren’t shit hot with Ops or sustainment, you’d be a liability to the team.
