SFC Private RallyPoint Member 78885 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>RAM (Random Anti-Terrorism Measures) Detail is done every month in our unit.  For about 7 days out of each month, at different times within a 24hrs period.  Is it unfair for the same NCO to have this detail every month? Where in the AR may I find information concerning Soldiers and details, time, etc. (if there is).  What are that Soldier's possible options?    Is it unfair if the same Soldier/s continuosly gets selected for details/taskings? 2014-03-19T01:56:34-04:00 SFC Private RallyPoint Member 78885 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>RAM (Random Anti-Terrorism Measures) Detail is done every month in our unit.  For about 7 days out of each month, at different times within a 24hrs period.  Is it unfair for the same NCO to have this detail every month? They are going to use the most dependable, most reliable people because they know they will get the job done. If that's you, it means you're going to be an exploited asset. It's what I've come to call "the price of competence". Response by SFC Michael Hasbun made Mar 19 at 2014 9:06 PM 2014-03-19T21:06:15-04:00 2014-03-19T21:06:15-04:00 2014-03-19T01:56:34-04:00
