Is it worth getting my hopes up for the SFC Board? 25U are still over strength. When will the QSP and QMP take effect?

You're a 25U. Consider JCU, AAMD, Rangers, WHCA, etc. Just do your thing and "Signal".

They are traditionally prior to the promotion board, in fact it is often the same panel for review. In the meantime what have you done to set yourself aside from your peers?

Are you showing potential as a SFC and staying relevant in your job? Do you have any past events that may subject you to QSP or QMP? Only you know that answer right now

Just keep an eye out for time in service timing great once you get that Mark you're eligible for promotion that there are other variables like you said being over strength you need to look at your units personal is there a spot open for your new position you want perhaps if they can accommodate you then you may look elsewhere for a position and asked for A transfer
