I do believe it is in regards to the life insurance. <br /><br />I was issued a plate carrier during deployment which was a thousand times better than the IOTV.Response by SFC Marc W. made Jun 14 at 2018 5:25 PM2018-06-14T17:25:33-04:002018-06-14T17:25:33-04:00SGM Bill Frazer3712356<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Anything you buy out of pocket that is not issue- will not be replaced should it get damaged for 1. It better be DA /DOD approved, cause if it fails you- the service does not have to cover your medical bills- so check damn close above all.Response by SGM Bill Frazer made Jun 14 at 2018 9:57 PM2018-06-14T21:57:09-04:002018-06-14T21:57:09-04:00SSG Paul Strobaugh3712363<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Nah. The best thing you could probably invest in is a battle belt. They're amazing and really do wonders for reducing the stress and wear on your shoulders, even with the IOTV.Response by SSG Paul Strobaugh made Jun 14 at 2018 10:00 PM2018-06-14T22:00:08-04:002018-06-14T22:00:08-04:002018-06-14T17:14:52-04:00
