I love it and had to restart due to falling off the wagon food-wise. I have injuries that make running and things I did fitness wise when serving impossible now, but DDPYoga is helping me out. It's stretching, resistance training, calisthenics, physical therapy exercises all in one, and has helped alot of veterans get back to health and shape. You make it to fit you is the best part of it. Go to DDPYoga.com and check it out. Tell DDP Pam and Arthur sent you.
