Reasonable.<br /><br />Having a Psychological PARTICIPANT. Unethical, to the point of criminal.<br /><br />Having an actual Psychologist DEVELOP Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures, this falls under the realm of Monstrous.<br /><br />This is completely outside the ethical issues & efficiency of Torture in the first place.
