Reasonable.

Having a Psychological PARTICIPANT. Unethical, to the point of criminal.

Having an actual Psychologist DEVELOP Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures, this falls under the realm of Monstrous.

This is completely outside the ethical issues & efficiency of Torture in the first place. WHICH IS NOT EFFECTIVE. Sgt Aaron Kennedy, MS Wed, 14 Oct 2015 10:05:54 -0400 2015-10-14T10:05:54-04:00 2015-10-14T08:41:41-04:00
