I also find the members at RP very helpful, However, I would be Very selective sharing issues with other individuals due to the fact So many do NOT understand, unless they have experienced what each individual has.. Presidential Nominee, D. Trump, has stated that PTSD is just a sign of "weakness".. example of assumption.. He is NOT a shrink, and he did not serve, active duty U.S. Military., Also, I feel that the impact of PTSD varies in severity with each individual, consequently, the actions displayed by that individual .. explosive, withdrawn, (alcohol, family issues, job.. etc.) will equally vary per the individual, and ones experience !!! Just a thought.. Thanks.. Many feel more able to log and talk about issues that affect them. PLM doesn't provide medical advice, but more a patient to patient forum and a way to track your symptoms and treatments. I have used it since 2009 to figure out how to manage my epilepsy and other health issues including PTSD.
