I would not say racism as much as it is a cover up, by those who run Chicago, being that Chicago has one of the toughest gun control laws in the country but has one of the highest gun crime rates. If it was racism only non blacks would be ignoring it, but there are high level African Americans who ignore the statistics.

I agree it is a cover up by Democrats to conceal an inconvenient truth that defeats their gun control rhetoric but I really think that this may be fr beyond liberal pandering to a minority lobby. Considering the landslide of coverage when 17 die in a suburb, are they just rampant ALT LEFT media liberals who don’t value or think people care the same about suburban children as they do inner city minority children. Very sad.

Very true I've been called a racist in pointing out the race of victims and shooters - some have stated my facts are not true even after I presented the source of my research - facts now have become racial charged. Not a racist just wanting to understand the dynamics - yet can't help as no one wants to to be honest about a very important key aspect - this is a cultural problem.

Black lives matter, unless they die in Chicago; no protests, no outrage in the media, no calls for gun control and no concern from hollywoods' democrat celebrities. If democrats ran the media, you'd think this would be front and center, 24/7. Oh wait, it is ran by democrats. I see a theme.
