Is the Army CASP (Civilian Acquired Skills Program) still in effect?

My daughter will (hopefully) be NREMT certified before leaving for basic and 68W (medic) AIT. I know that she should be able to fast-track through AIT, but is the accelerated promotion to E4 still in effect? And what would the recruiter need to get the rank if allowed? I found some information on Army-portal.com but it's a bit outdated. Resources would be awesome! Thank you!

It was when I enlisted in July 2017. I’ve heard of people enlisting in the program this year. The best way to find out is to ask a recruiter.

They are still fast tracked through the EMT portion but I don't know about any promotions for 68W. I know that it's common in other MOSs under ACASP

If she already enlisted no. If she enlists under ACASP then yes.

Just signed my contract through CASP for 68W. She’ll come in as a SPC and get 10 weeks in AIT as opposed to 16, though no sign on bonus since we’re currently not in demand.
