Is the Army CASP (Civilian Acquired Skills Program) still in effect? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/is-the-army-casp-civilian-acquired-skills-program-still-in-effect <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>My daughter will (hopefully) be NREMT certified before leaving for basic and 68W (medic) AIT. I know that she should be able to fast-track through AIT, but is the accelerated promotion to E4 still in effect? And what would the recruiter need to get the rank if allowed? I found some information on Army-portal.com but it&#39;s a bit outdated. Resources would be awesome! Thank you! I’ve heard of people enlisting in the program this year. The best way to find out is to ask a recruiter. She’ll come in as a SPC and get 10 weeks in AIT as opposed to 16, though no sign on bonus since we’re currently not in demand. SPC Brionna V.
