Is the HRC soldier Record Portal now only accessible from a military computer?

Basically I can't get to the links I used to get to my Retirement Point statements, and Vacancy reports, and iPerm's. I've since found alternatives for iPerms and Vacancies, but I'm without a solution for finding my DA5016 (retirement points)

I don’t believe so. Just got to the page from my cell - https://www.hrcapps.army.mil/portal/

I can still only access the portal from a government computer.

When you are getting close to retirement it will pay you dividends to make sure everything is in print including and most important DA 5016!
