I have been hearing junior enlisted say it towards NCO’s more and more. Is this a disrespectful way of saying “roger that, and go freak yourself” ?
When I was in the infantry an individual was nearly smoked to death for saying check roger to his squad leader. Not sure if it is only a combat arms thing. More clarification would be appreciatedIs the term “check roger” considered to be disrespectful?2020-05-31T11:17:23-04:00SSG Private RallyPoint Member5954717

Ok let’s try this again since the last one wanted to get deleted. Similar to the sound reply oh "hooah" when still talking to them, can be taken as ok ok whatever let's just end this.Response by SSG(P) Private RallyPoint Member made Jun 8 at 2020 7:37 AM2020-06-08T07:37:42-04:002020-06-08T07:37:42-04:002020-05-31T11:17:23-04:00
