Is there a better way to participate in the Ukraine conflict than calling the embassy?

I have been attempting to get through to volunteer but the line is always busy. I just sent an email, but I have a feeling that it is going to take some time to process.Is there a better way to make this happen?

I have been looking at impacts to VGLI - still no hard answer, and working furlough issues with my employer. Make sure you get all your affairs in order before stepping off.
