A Primary care doctor will not write you a letter. White coat syndrome is not a real diagnosis of a mental disorder. Think about rainbows and puppies and your favorite food and your bf or gf seeing you on a flashy uniform. Be calm not need to be nervous. Just be truthful and follow directions. If you’re high for blood pressure you’ll have a few chances to redo it before you will asked to try again another day. If it’s super high they may ask you to see a doc afterward. But do not bring a doctors note it will be thrown out and you’ll be laughed at. I would say do everything you can to lower it, daily exercise , strict diet, garlic supplements ect SPC Private RallyPoint Member Fri, 24 Jan 2020 20:00:49 -0500 2020-01-24T20:00:49-05:00 2020-01-24T17:47:48-05:00
