Is there a different point of contact other than the USAREC Outreach NCO that will answer a few questions about the recruiting packet?

Is there a different point of contact other than the OUTREACH NCO that will answer a few questions about the recruiting packet?
It was sent on the 7th of may and the 23h of may we received but it has no attachment's and no explanation. Is there someone else that we can contact?
