If there were proof of anything more than a policy violation on Clinton's part, I'm sure that she would find herself in the same hot water as Petraeus. My understanding is that evidence simply doesn't exist. So while both may have committed offenses, when Petraeus was pulled over for driving too fast he was also found to be drunk (compromising classified information) when Clinton was pulled over for driving to fast... there wasn't enough evidence to support that charge.

BLUF: Yes there is a double standard in play with how President Obama has handled Hilliary Clinton’s versus David Petraeus’s mishandling of classified information and data!

Not to say that there is a double standard at play here is to turn a bind eye at criminal action by this administration and proves to me that our government officials are only out for money and power and that this administration is willing to doing anything to keep the status quo running as long as they can.

General (R) David Petraeus’ mishandling of classified information is extremely minor compared to what Hilliary Clinton did with her private server and then deleting large numbers of emails, (which have been recovered and show she had been highly classified information on an insecure server.

If the American people are unintelligent enough to elect her as the next POTUS, it will show that there is an extremely difference in how people with money can manipulate the system, the American People and get away with breaking the law.

At the least she should be formally charged and given her chance in court to answer for her crimes. In my heart, I am sure that her action while Sec of State, cost America lives and if she gets into office many more American lives will be endanger.

The POTUS is a member of the Executive branch of government. The Clinton investigation is handled by the Judicial branch of government. Checks and balances. Basic civics.
