<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Been a few years since I&#39;ve been at Hood, but one of the guys in my platoon was assigned to the Hood Fight House as a combatives instructor because he held a level 4. There are competitions but I cannot vouch for brutality of any sort outside of duty. We did occasionally utilize the pits for combatives refresher during PT.

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>when I was there(2012 to 2015), the fight club gym was impressive. The BJJ classes were really good. <br />My unit rarely touched combative. My platoon wS investigated for birthday pink bellies so I highly doubt any kind of off duty fighting was going on.
