If you comment on a post or follow a particular section RP adapts to you and you will see more of those types of posts. However, blocking the person is always an option or just deleting it off your feed.

Wow, and here I thought only Service Members, past or present, were allowed on RP.

I wound up blocking her to clear my feed. The conspiracy theories helped with that decision.
