The HRC Eval SGM just told us at the FLKS PCC that they are trying to make a simple check block for SHARP, met or did not meet. This would create more space in the Character block. My current command wants us to put it in the Character block or mention it in the narrative Response by MSG Private RallyPoint Member made Jul 23 at 2016 8:58 PM 2016-07-23T20:58:44-04:00 2016-07-23T20:58:44-04:00 SFC Richard Giles 1744290 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>My last 5 NCOER's I filled out before I retired the BC and the SGM said their directive was to ensure we included the Sharp bullet to COA in case someone come back and said they never had the briefings. I thought it was useless because it's still happening and will continue to happen maybe not as much but it's happening. Might be a bad way of looking at it but there it is. However, to your question, as far as we are all tracking, the SHARP/EO/EEO bullet is mandatory in the Character block only. Below is the link to the New NCOER briefing that covers it in slide 37.<br /><br /><a target="_blank" href="http://www.ftmeade.army.mil/directorates/dhr/mpd/NCOER.PDF">http://www.ftmeade.army.mil/directorates/dhr/mpd/NCOER.PDF</a><br /><br />Hope that helps. <div class="pta-link-card answers-template-image type-default"> <div class="pta-link-card-picture"> </div> <div class="pta-link-card-content"> <p class="pta-link-card-title"> <a target="blank" href="http://www.ftmeade.army.mil/directorates/dhr/mpd/NCOER.PDF">NCOER.PDF</a> </p> <p class="pta-link-card-description">õÿåÏùùyçóÞ}BiðÝIHDÔ@éHzÅ)î#Æ[p=Ã#TRÁ¿pKÊ^WDäÝPÞÂv{myÜÐeK&quot;Ãéð§ÔgeIÌ=ñçc*t{u{&#39;{ÝDªÖ»èãæS9-ÞnõôÐç]ëô}kýRü=]º9DòõøÁ QùIlZõæè ]/yê9eºkùçÓFc]5,NzËïøá&amp;Õyåõñ3§«äbß^[WÅù7ªµE(F~[ûôu=T-+ºFDî[{ñø¶tgyïÇgÿti;3xGcÿ8#óÃcÛëb¶íùõeSþóªÂêÑØæÚÑa«}Þüí5úàÅNÙgîë¡1«ªmÒQýªuj{8Äúe3&#39;l xy/ÑèîP¡6|3|uFoâÙÖÌ|îë«?úÁ;¶VSÒÐèë%í_+=QéÍ¿ÜO^ÐîÝcÒãeSÍlkpªI*·æÈoÍ8ÎöÍ»Ç̶ò&#39;å§èòË6í8îöÍÝqF*mö^u·ñ_rDQF9Ã.óË0Æßw4ÿµÂÑÎt§Öì)Opóéa=g\æ[çĺ!jër¡BNË=gçN*N ë»Ó§þËDOCÅvL`~ß«*Ïþïêµf_Ò eª8=cÖMT«nºb...</p> </div> <div class="clearfix"></div> </div> Response by 1SG Jorge Guzman made Jul 24 at 2016 4:16 PM 2016-07-24T16:16:39-04:00 2016-07-24T16:16:39-04:00 SFC Private RallyPoint Member 1985825 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Have you tried newncoer.com Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Oct 17 at 2016 11:55 AM 2016-10-17T11:55:34-04:00 2016-10-17T11:55:34-04:00 CSM Thomas McGarry 1998795 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Not sure if it&#39;s mandatory by DA but we were required to put a SHARP bullet on the 2nd page of the NCOER-This may possibly have been a local command requirement however!
