However, I recently had a specialty assignment offer following my current assignment. I won’t be able to do the specialty assignment as an officer. Therefore, I keep getting different answers on if there is a maximum TIS allowed to attend OCS as prior enlisted. (I’ve been told no more than 6years upon OCS graduation). If there is a maximum TIS allowed then I would go the officer route earlier. But if I do have the chance at taking the specialty assignment and going to OCS afterward, then that is what I would like to do. Thank you for your help. Back I my time, that was a fairly easy waiver as long as you have all the other qualifications. I would call the school and ask their opinion.
