A while back, I wrote up a streamer ceremony from scratch. (Sorry, its long lost.) Anyway, the crux of it is to have the higher unit commander and CSM with the unit commander and 1SG at the company guidon (or battalion colors as the case may be) and have the narrator announce the award and have a runner bring the streamer to the higher commander so he can put it on the guidon.
