I didnt want to call her out or even make a comment about it because of the situation that we were in. U.S. Navy Uniform Regs does NOT mention anything about female shaving. Not legs or anything else. It all depends on the unit policy. At then end of my tour as a DS, the female Soldiers were allowed to have razors, and we could not prohibit them from having them.
