When it’s time for your record test, you won’t have any issues. Unless you are a failure on the last one. Then it is 90 days. 1SG Private RallyPoint Member Wed, 30 Jan 2019 09:06:29 -0500 2019-01-30T09:06:29-05:00 Response by 1SG Private RallyPoint Member made Jan 30 at 2019 9:28 AM https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/is-there-a-regulation-on-how-long-a-record-apft-lasts?n=4328301&urlhash=4328301

AR 350-1 Section II. F-5. k.
k. Soldiers must take a record APFT every 6 months for RA and AGR Soldiers,....
l. (1) Commanders may administer the APFT as often as they wish; however, they must specify beforehand when the
APFT is for record. RA and AGR Soldiers will take a record APFT twice each calendar year,.... A minimum of 4 months will separate record tests for RA and AGR. The 4-
month rule does not apply to Soldiers that must make-up a record test or re-testing for an APFT failure. 1SG Private RallyPoint Member Wed, 30 Jan 2019 09:28:10 -0500 2019-01-30T09:28:10-05:00 Response by Maj John Bell made Jan 30 at 2019 3:53 PM https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/is-there-a-regulation-on-how-long-a-record-apft-lasts?n=4329299&urlhash=4329299

Depends on how long it takes you to run 2 miles. After the record, you shouldnt have to take another record for 6 months. However, the commander can approve you take a PT damn near whenever they say. But Ive never seen it more than once a month unless its an APFT failure. SPC Private RallyPoint Member Thu, 31 Jan 2019 08:43:21 -0500 2019-01-31T08:43:21-05:00 2019-01-30T06:56:58-05:00
