SFC Connie Fassler 3824915 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I have Soldier&#39;s whose DA Form 705 was lost by the unit. I have researched many regulations looking for what to do if this happens but have found nothing. Can anyone help me? Is there a regulation that addresses if a unit loses a DA Form 705? 2018-07-25T16:22:08-04:00 SFC Connie Fassler 3824915 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I have Soldier&#39;s whose DA Form 705 was lost by the unit. Maybe the chain of commander can recontruct it or have the Soldier retake the PT test and make sure there is a copy. Regulations do not cover everything. Common sense has to cover thoses that don&#39;t. Perhaps the 1SG. Response by MSG Private RallyPoint Member made Jul 25 at 2018 9:58 PM 2018-07-25T21:58:40-04:00 2018-07-25T21:58:40-04:00 2018-07-25T16:22:08-04:00
