My Reserve Unit does PT every drill day. We also try to encourage each other to do PT on social media in between drill weekends.

Occasionally, but I want to ensure that pt failures or those that are border line continue to be trained/tested until they pass and have a strong enough score. Even if it's waking up earlier to get this done once a drill weekend, it will be at least more invective for Soldiers to keep up on it between drills.

The PRT manual states the requirements for a PRT session and how long it should take to complete. I am almost 99% sure it states the down time after a PRT session required for that muscle group to heal. Remember if you overwork a muscle group and not give it the opportunity to heal, you can cause injury. I would reference this manual for your guidelines as to what and what not to do.
