Is there an actual regulation or training policy etc (in New York State) that states a time frame for everyone else?Is there a regulation that states how long a non-incentive receiving Soldier can remain in a certain para/lin without becoming DMOSQ?2016-07-18T08:28:05-04:00SSG Private RallyPoint Member1727209<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I know NGR 600-7 states 2 years, but that is for a Soldier that is receiving a bonus or some sort of incentive. I would check with your AGR to verify. If NGR 600-7 says 2 years, I would use that as a baseline. However, if you have signed a contract, then verify the stipulations in your enlistment/reenlistment contract.Response by CPT David Lowe made Jul 19 at 2016 2:32 PM2016-07-19T14:32:30-04:002016-07-19T14:32:30-04:002016-07-18T08:28:05-04:00
